道路抑尘剂现场应用效果测试方法研究

Research on the field application effect testing method of road dust suppressants

  • 摘要: 道路扬尘是城市环境空气PM2.5来源之一,城市道路抑尘剂逐渐被认可为一种有效的道路扬尘控制措施。为研究道路抑尘剂的应用效果,在实际道路采用道路尘土量(包含路面尘土残存量和道路尘负荷2项指标)检测方法、环境空气颗粒物测定重量法、环境空气颗粒物测定走航法同时进行道路抑尘剂应用效果的对比监测分析。结果显示:3种测试方法均表明道路抑尘剂对道路尘土和颗粒物(PM10和PM2.5)有一定的应用效果,与洒水对照路段相比,喷洒道路抑尘剂对路面尘土残存量和道路尘负荷削减率分别为20.6%和24.3%,对道路环境空气PM10和PM2.5浓度削减率分别为7.1%~10.1%和0.6%~2.5%,对PM2.5的削减率不如PM10。在评价道路抑尘剂应用效果时,可采用道路尘土量和道路环境颗粒物浓度作为评价指标,通过试验路段和对照路段进行对比检测分析,测试时间为抑尘剂喷洒前后各至少5 d,可以更加准确地评价道路抑尘剂的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Road dust is one of the sources of urban ambient PM2.5, and urban road dust suppressants are increasingly recognized as an effective measure for road dust control. To study the application effect of road dust suppressants, this study compared and monitored the application effect of road dust suppressants on actual roads using the road dust quantity detection method (including two indicators of road dust residue and road dust load), the gravimetric method for ambient air particulate matter, and the mobile monitoring method for ambient air particulate matter. The results from all three testing methods demonstrated that road dust suppressants had a certain application effect on road dust and particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5). Compared with the control road section with water spraying, spraying road dust suppressants reduced the residual amount of road dust and road dust load by 20.6% and 24.3%, respectively. The reduction rates of PM10 and PM2.5 mass concentration in road ambient air were 7.1%-10.1% and 0.6%-2.5%, respectively, and the reduction rate of PM2.5 was not as good as that of PM10. When evaluating the effectiveness of road dust suppressants, the road dust quantity and road ambient air particulate matter concentration could be used as evaluation indicators. By conducting comparative testing on experimental and control road sections, with a minimum of 5 days before and after the suppressant application, the effectiveness of the road dust suppressant could be assessed more accurately.
