长江流域河湖缓冲带与水生植被绿色低碳修复技术评估与筛选研究

Research on the Evaluation and Screening of Green and Low-carbon Restoration Technologies for River and Lake Buffer Zones and Aquatic Vegetation in the Yangtze River Basin

  • 摘要: 在对国内外河湖缓冲带与水生植被修复技术分析的基础上,从技术就绪度、经济、减污降碳和生态环境四个维度构建了技术评估指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS法对已工程应用的62项技术进行评估,筛选出河流缓冲带修复绿色低碳技术9项、湖泊缓冲带修复绿色低碳技术9项、湿地生态修复绿色低碳技术6项、水生植被恢复绿色低碳技术8项;并使用雷达图对这些绿色低碳技术的优势和不足进行了解析,解析结果可为这些技术进一步优化和实际应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract:  Based on the analysis of the restoration technologies of river and lake buffer zones and aquatic vegetation at home and abroad, a technical evaluation index system is constructed from 1four dimensions: technological readiness, economy, pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction, and ecological environment. The Entropy Weight TOPSIS method is applied to evaluate 62 technologies that have been applied in projects. As a result, 9 green and low-carbon technologies for river buffer zone restoration, 9 green and low-carbon technologies for lake buffer zone restoration, 6 green and low-carbon technologies for wetland ecological restoration, and 8 green and low-carbon technologies for aquatic vegetation restoration are screened out. Moreover, radar charts are used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these green and low-carbon technologies, and the analysis results can provide guidance for the further optimization and practical application of these technologies.
