非均相混合体系热洗含油污泥及洗脱废液处理研究

Research on the treatment technology of oil-containing sludge and elution waste liquid from hot washing in a heterogeneous mixed system

  • 摘要: 油气田开采过程中产生的含油污泥产量高、难降解,对环境危害大,实际生产常采用热清洗法进行处理,但存在化学清洗剂效果差、价格高昂及二次污染等问题。基于常规热清洗技术,设计了一种采用无机固体颗粒分别作为非均相清洗剂和吸附剂对含油污泥和洗脱废液除油的方法,并对洗脱废液吸附机理进行了研究。结果表明:在热洗温度为40 ℃,搅拌强度为200 r/min,搅拌时间为30 min,液固比为10∶1,NaCl添加量为0.02 g条件下,以石油醚∶鼠李糖脂∶g-C3N4为2 mL∶1.25 g/L∶0.02 g的最佳清洗剂配比,可将含油率为25.9%的含油污泥清洗至3.0%左右。同时TiO2投加量为400 mg/L,洗脱废液中油去除率可达96.42%。吸附动力学和吸附等温曲线结果表明,洗脱废液中液膜扩散速率大于颗粒内扩散速率,其吸附为物理吸附和多层吸附,该研究可为实际含油污泥和洗脱废液中油分分离提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The oil-containing sludge produced in the process of oil and gas field extraction is high in yield, difficult to degrade, and harmful to the environment, and in actual practice, it is often treated by the thermal washing method. However, there are problems such as low efficiency of chemical cleaning agents, high price, and secondary pollution. Based on the conventional thermal cleaning technology, we designed a new method to remove oil from oil-containing sludge and elution waste liquid by using inorganic solid particles as heterogeneous cleaning agents and adsorbents, respectively, and investigated the adsorption mechanism of elution waste liquid. The results showed that under the conditions of hot washing temperature of 40 ℃, stirring intensity of 200 r/min, stirring time of 30 min, liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1, and NaCl addition of 0.02 g, the oil content in the sludge could be reduced from 25.9% to 3.0%. This was achieved under the optimal detergent ratio of petroleum ether∶rhamnolipids∶g-C3N4 =2 mL∶1.25 g/L∶0.02 g. Meanwhile, the TiO2 dosage was 400 mg/L, and the oil removal rate in the elution waste liquid reached 96.42%. The results of adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms showed that the liquid film diffusion rate in the elution waste liquid was greater than the intra-particle diffusion rate, and the adsorption was physical adsorption and multilayer adsorption. The study provides theoretical guidance for the separation of oil from oil-containing sludge and elution waste liquid.
