绿色溶剂吸收法回收VOCs应用研究进展

Research progress on the recovery of VOCs by absorption using green solvents

  • 摘要: 挥发性有机物(VOCs)是一类严重的大气污染物,其主要来源于汽车尾气排放,以及化工、石油炼制等行业生产过程,对人类健康和环境造成较大危害。吸收法是处理VOCs的一种有效方法,并且具有工艺条件较成熟、技术成本较低等特点。相较于有机溶剂作为吸收剂用于VOCs的回收,绿色吸收剂在减少环境污染、保障人体健康、促进绿色工业发展等方面具有较大优势。离子液体(ILs)、低共熔溶剂(DESs)、水系溶剂是3种最主要的绿色溶剂体系,其中ILs和DESs在效果和机理方面的研究比较热门,水系溶剂的应用比较广泛。主要介绍了3类绿色溶剂对苯系物、氯化VOCs、挥发性醇以及极性VOCs的吸收技术研究进展,总结了3类溶剂对VOCs的吸收原理,ILs和DESs主要通过分子弱相互作用和π—π相互作用、水系溶剂通过添加表面活性剂达到界面增容效果提升VOCs的吸收率。最后对绿色溶剂的应用前景和发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are serious air pollutants, with their main sources being automobile exhaust emissions and production processes such as chemical, petroleum refining industries, causing greater harm to human health and the environment. The absorption is an effective method for treating VOCs, and has mature process conditions and low technical cost. Compared with organic solvents, green solvents have great advantages in reducing environmental pollution, protecting human health, and promoting the development of green industry, when used for VOCs recovery. Ionic liquids (ILs), deep eutectic solvents (DESs) and aqueous solvent are the three most important green solvent systems, among which ILs and DESs are more popular in the study of effect and mechanism, while aqueous solutions are widely used. This study primarily reviews the research progress of absorption technologies for benzene series, chlorinated VOCs, volatile alcohols, and polar VOCs using three types of green solvents. It further summarizes the absorption mechanisms of these solvents: ILs and DESs rely on weak molecular interactions and π—π interactions, while aqueous solvents enhance VOCs absorption by incorporating surfactants to achieve interfacial solubilization effects. Finally, the application prospects and future development trends of green solvents are discussed.
