我国近海水产养殖业塑料污染及管控对策

Plastic pollution and control strategies in China's offshore aquaculture

  • 摘要: 塑料污染已经成为全球环境问题,河口—近海生态环境交错带内尤为严重。水产养殖活动中破损的废弃渔具是主要的直接塑料污染源之一。近年来,我国已对重点海域的典型河口、海湾及潮滩开展了塑料污染调查研究,积累了一定的科学数据和研究基础,但方法学、污染评估与监管技术等多个方面都尚未满足废弃渔具的环境污染管控要求。系统论述了水产养殖业塑料渔具的使用现状及引起的塑料污染问题,分析了陆海交错带区域环境和生态面临的威胁,探讨了针对废弃渔具的管控措施和可持续发展理念,旨在形成河口—近海生态系统环境中塑料污染监测与管控等技术的协同治理体系,为近海生态交错带的环境安全提供政策支撑,为制定陆海生态系统协同综合治理策略提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Plastic pollution has become a global environmental problem, especially in the estuary-offshore ecotone. Damaged and discarded fishing gear in aquaculture activities has become one of the main direct sources of plastic pollution. In recent years, China has carried out investigations and research on plastic pollution in typical estuaries, bays and tidal flats of key sea areas, and accumulated scientific data and research foundation. However, multiple aspects such as methodology, pollution assessment and supervision technology still fall short of meeting the environmental pollution control requirements of abandoned fishing gear. This paper systematically reviewed the use of plastic fishing gear in aquaculture and the pollution caused by it, analyzed the threats to the environment and ecology of land-sea ecotone, and discussed the management measures and concepts of sustainable development for abandoned fishing gear. The aim was to form a synergistic management system for monitoring and controlling plastic pollution in estuary-offshore ecosystems. The research can provide policy support for the environmental security of the offshore ecotone and a theoretical reference for the formulation of comprehensive management strategies coordinating land and marine ecosystems.
