黄河流域城市水环境质量问题解析与改善对策研究

Analysis of water quality problems and countermeasures for improvement in the Yellow River Basin cities

  • 摘要: 为明晰黄河流域城市水环境质量状况,以流域内68个城市建成区为研究对象,分析了各城市水环境质量以及主要污染指标;估算了流域内城镇生活源、城市面源、工业源化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH3-N)的排放负荷,解析了城市水环境问题及成因。结果表明:近年来黄河流域水环境质量逐年提升,但跨界断面及支流入河口断面水质不达标率较高。流域城市水环境质量差异性显著,中下游城市水环境质量问题突出。城镇生活源为主要污染来源,而配套的水环境基础设施建设滞后、工业企业污染、城市面源污染等问题导致城市水环境问题突出。基于城市水环境特征,提出了城市生活源、面源以及工业污染防治对策建议,为黄河流域城市水环境质量提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract:  In order to clarify the status of urban water environment quality in the Yellow River Basin, 68 urban built-up areas in the basin were taken as the research objects, and the water environment quality and main pollution indicators of each city were analyzed; the discharge loads of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) from urban domestic sources, urban sources, and industrial sources in the basin were estimated, and the problems and causes of the urban water environment were analyzed. The results show that in recent years, the quality of water environment in the Yellow River Basin has been improved year by year, but the water quality of cross-border sections and tributary inlet sections has a high rate of non-compliance. The water environment quality of cities in the basin has significant differences, and the water environment quality of cities in the middle and lower reaches of the basin has outstanding problems. Urban domestic sources are the main source of pollution, while supporting water environment infrastructure lags behind, industrial enterprise pollution, urban surface pollution and other problems lead to outstanding urban water environment problems. Based on the characteristics of the urban water environment, countermeasures against urban domestic sources, surface sources and industrial pollution are proposed to provide reference for the improvement of urban water environment quality in the Yellow River Basin.
