基于EKC假说的经济增长与资源和环境协调性分析—以铁岭市为例

Coordination Analysis on Economic Growth and Resources and Environment based on EKC: A Case Study on Tieling City

  • 摘要: 经济增长与环境污染之间的协调性关系常用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)来描述。基于EKC假说,根据铁岭市的经济和资源环境相关数据,定量分析铁岭市经济增长与资源消耗和环境污染的关系。结果表明:铁岭市工业新鲜水用量及烟尘排放量与人均GDP拟合曲线呈U形;废水和SO2排放量与人均GDP拟合曲线呈倒U形;COD排放量随人均GDP增长趋势呈U形曲线的左半段;工业固体废物产生量总体上随人均GDP呈增长趋势。针对铁岭市发展的现状,从调整主导产业结构、推进清洁生产及促进循环经济发展等方面,提出了发展循环经济,扩大三产和优化增量的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: The Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) can well measure the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution. Based on the EKC theory, a quantitative analysis of the relationship between the economic growth and the resource consumption and environmental pollution in Tieling city was performed. It was found that the U-shaped curve exists between industrial freshwater usage, smoke dust emission and per capita GDP; the inverse U-shaped curve exists between wastewater discharge, SO2 emission and per capita GDP; the left section of U-shaped curve exists between COD discharge and per capita GDP; industrial solid waste generation, on the whole, increases with per capita GDP growth. According to the development actuality of Tieling city and based on industry structure, cleaner production and circular economy, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, including promoting recycling economic, expanding the third industry and optimizing the incremental capital, to promote coordinated development of economic growth and resource and environment.
