  • 摘要: 为系统掌握2000—2010年全国生态环境变化趋势和存在问题,全面总结我国十年间的生态环境保护工作成效和经验,环境保护部和中国科学院联合开展了“全国生态环境十年(2000—2010年)变化遥感调查与评估项目”。在有效集成生态环境数据资源的基础上,研发了生态环境数据共享服务系统,利用计算机、GIS、数据库和现代通信等技术,研究解决了包括海量空间数据共享服务机制、数据库访问模式等关键技术,形成了多源、多尺度、多类型生态环境数据的全面集成,综合展现,实时共享和动态服务能力,为生态环境数据的深入、广泛应用和管理决策支持提供了系统支撑。

     

    Abstract: The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly investigated and evaluated nationwide ecological environmental changes in China from 2000 to 2010. The goal of this project was to acquire information on the change trend of the ecological environment and existing problems on a national scale, and summarize China’s performance and experience in protecting the ecological environment. On the basis of effectively integrating the ecological environment data resources, the ecological environment data sharing service system was developed. Using computer, GIS, database and modern communication technologies, the research solved some key technologies, such as mechanism of spatial data sharing service and database access mode. This system has realized the overall integration, comprehensive presentation, real-time sharing and dynamic service capabilities of multi-source, multi-scale and multi-type ecological environment data, thus providing the system support for deep and wide application of ecological environment data and the management and decision-making.
