可持续发展下京津冀碳-污-绿耦合协调分析

Coordination analysis of carbon-pollution-green coupling under sustainable development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

  • 摘要: 在可持续发展的背景下,实现减污-降碳-扩绿协同增效,是促进我国经济社会发展全面绿色转型的总抓手,京津冀地区作为我国最早开展污染协同治理的区域,协同推进减污-降碳-扩绿对京津冀地区生态环境改善和实现高质量发展至关重要。该研究基于京津冀地区13城市2000—2020年的数据,构建了减污-降碳-扩绿系统,利用综合指数法、耦合协调度模型、空间自相关检验,探究了京津冀地区减污降碳扩绿协同效应的时空演化特征及驱动因素。结果表明:京津冀地区碳污绿子系统综合指数整体呈现上升趋势,部分城市从濒临失调耦合型及勉强协调耦合型发展到初级协调或中级协调耦合型,“高-高”、“低-低”集聚模式的城市开始显现,且数量逐渐增加。随着时间的推移,京津冀地区减污-降碳-扩绿的可持续发展模式越来越协调。

     

    Abstract: As one of the most important urban agglomerations in China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is crucial to the coordinated promotion of pollution reduction, carbon reduction and green expansion of the ecological environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the background of the "double-carbon" goal and the tough battle of pollution prevention and control. Based on the panel data of 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2000 to 2020, using the comprehensive index method, the spatial and driving evolution of the synergistic effect of pollution reduction, carbon reduction and green expansion in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show that the overall development of carbon pollution and green in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows an upward trend, some cities are developing from the type of alignment and barely coordination to primary coordination and intermediate coordination, and the cities with "HH" and "LL" agglomeration mode begin to appear, and the number is gradually increasing. As time goes by, the sustainable development model of pollution reduction, carbonreduction and green expansion in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is becoming more and more coordinated.
