Using Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) for Continuous Emission Monitoring and Process Gases

  • 摘要: 分析DOAS原理和DOAS系统设计表明,DOAS系统可以监测从紫外(UV)波段到红外(IR)波段的多种气体浓度。经TüV认证机构测试,DOAS系统性能符合监测标准,适用于普通固定污染源和垃圾焚烧厂烟气排放连续监测,尤其在监测Hg,HCl,NH3和HF等气体时有明显优势。采用多通道技术可以只使用一台主机同时监测多个测点。DOAS系统可以在高温、腐蚀性强和含尘量高的环境中正常工作,使过程工艺气体在线监测得以实现。DOAS系统还可以监测不同位置不同浓度的气体。无需采样、反应速度快、多组分多通道的特点为DOAS系统有更广阔的应用奠定了基础。
