Research on Modification of Heavy Metal Generation Coefficients in Lead-acid Battery Manufacture

  • Combined with the main manufacturing processes in typical industries related to heavy metals, key links and nodes generating the heavy metals were analyzed, and the critical nodes apart from “the four same factors”(i.e. the same raw material, the same product, the same scale, the same process) which were significantly correlated with the generation intensity of the heavy metals were screened. Then, the comprehensive evaluation indicators system for heavy metal generation intensity was constructed by the Experts Grading Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the comprehensive evaluation index was acquired. Finally, the fitting model was constructed to modify the original lead generation coefficients. The modified model for a specified “the four same factors” in lead-acid battery manufacture was obtained, namely ηlead=0.017 6G3-2.76G2+148G+813.
